Construction of terrestrial networks for digital broadcasting will cost 60 billion.

On the construction of terrestrial digital television in a federal program for the development of digital broadcasting in Russia in the years 2009-2015 is scheduled to spend 60.2 billion rubles. It is reported Kommersant, referring to the draft federal program, recommended by the Government Commission for the Development of broadcasters to introduce the government. This is the largest costs in the program.
Construction of the network first multiplex (channels broadcast which takes place on the same frequency), provisionally estimated to cost 12.6 billion rubles. In it, according to the publication will include "First Channel, Russia, Culture, Sports, News 24", "Fifth Channel, NTV, and a children's television. The first group will also include Radio Russia, "Vesti FM" and "Mayak". Then the networks will be built second and third multiplex, which will have 12-16 channels.
Of the more than 60 billion, which is scheduled to spend for this purpose, according to Kommersant, more than 33 billion will be drawn from extra-budgetary sources. The remaining funds will allocate the federal budget.
Total program for the development of digital broadcasting in Russia in the years 2009-2015 will cost 127.3 billion rubles. As it became known Kommersant, because it's not included in the federal budget, in 2009 it will be financed from its own and borrowed funds of companies that currently provide analog transmissions. That would require 850 million rubles. In total, according to the publication of plans to attract extra-budgetary sources of 46,08 billion rubles.
