Australian pop singer Kylie Minogue won the prize Glamour Awards. Performer won awards, established women's magazine Glamour, once in two categories - "Woman of the Year" and "Artist of the Year". That was reported by British tabloid The Daily Mirror.
Glamour Awards Ceremony was held on 2 June in London. Besides Minogue prizes were awarded to singer Kathy Perry (she was the "Opening of the Year"), soul singer, Adele (its the best solo singer of Great Britain), as well as the group Girls Aloud (band was named "Best British Group").
Participant Girls Aloud - Cheryl Cole - won the prize as "Best TV year." She won the Glamour Awards for their participation in the reality show X Factor (the Russian analogue - "Star Factory").
