Kommersant has learned a list of free channels in the new television project.

   Government Commission will consider Dec. 16 a federal target program "The development of digital broadcasting in Russia in the years 2009-2015", as well as a list of channels, which should be mandatory for free access to all Russians. This writes the newspaper Kommersant.
According to the publication of the "mandatory" should include "First Channel, Russia, Culture, Sports, News 24", "Fifth Channel, NTV, and a special children's television. However, the exact list of public channels has not yet been determined. In addition to television, in a mandatory package "would include three radio stations. According to preliminary data, it is "Radio Russia", "Vesti FM" and "Mayak".
In addition, as previously reported, developed Minkomsvyazi Russia Federal Program provides a transition to digital broadcasting by 2015, which would require the launch of new satellites. The development of this broadcast will begin with 12 remote areas of Siberia and the Far East.
The budget program, according to the newspaper Vedomosti, will be 100 billion rubles.
