At Pulkovo customs in St. Petersburg detained goods textile patches with the logo of Comedy Club, made without the permission of the owners of the trademark. As reported by "Lente.ru" press-service entertainment project cargo arrested in relation to its owners - Ltd "Sphere" - the head of the case on administrative violations.
Representatives of the project believe that the patches were for the production of counterfeit goods that replicate the original gift products under the brand Comedy Club. Specified that imported via Pulkovo textiles were made in China.
Earlier in December, Russian media has learned that Comedy Club Production sued the Dmitrov Plant OST-Alco. The occasion was the vodka produced by Comedy Style. Right holders brand Comedy Club found the name of vodka in violation of their copyrights.
