In Latin America, a Russian-language television.

In 2009, in Latin America will begin broadcasting in Russian, informs AFP.
It is anticipated that before the summer broadcast channel Inter Russia TV (ITR TV) will commence on the territory of Panama. Later broadcast zone will be expanded.
The channel will go on the air every day and to broadcast its programming for 10 hours. Some of the programs will be accompanied by subtitles in Spanish.
According to the manual Inter Russia TV, channel creation was a response to the growing number of Russian emigrants. Now in Latin America, home to about half the holders of the Russian language.
